All employees are always so energetic and happy to be there, they treat customers like they’ve known them for years. They handle inconveniences very calmly. The customer service is honestly a main reason on why I go there all of the time.

We love stopping here when we come to Cheyenne. I like their blended mocha with whip cream on top. 😋🧋friendly, quick service, delicious coffee (hot or cold). Soon we will have a 7 Brew in Laramie. Definitely recommend this coffee place!!

Waited for about 10 minutes to get my drink that tasted like burnt water down coffee. Remind you, the drink had more than two flavors in it and I literally couldn't taste anything over the overwhelming burnt coffee taste. The girl was very sweet though

Took drink home to my husband and it was made totally wrong. No coconut flavor at all in the pina colada smoothie.
At least if they had support, like starbucks, you could get a refund or something credited.
