Order was perfect. The employees were cheerful, helpful, and great overall. Made the experience pleasant. Their knowledge of the sugar-free options & suggestions were helpful. They smile & great you. They were patient with picking/customizing...

Good but rushed, gave details on order, they said yes but didn’t quite execute the order as both drinks didn’t not come out correct. But they were very busy and more worried about keeping the line moving. Maybe go back as the drinks are good.

Overall a great place, but everytime I've come here the young girls are always the ones doing the work. They're the only ones I see actually working and I can only imagine how frustrating that may be. Might want to work on that 🤷♀️

Disappointing visit to say the least. We set up our orders in the app thinking it would be easier than trying to talk to an employee over the music and were the only car when we arrived.
We noticed immediately that our first drink was wrong...

We had a disappointing experience at the Seven Brew Coffee in Rib Mountain. The line was backed up because the employees spent about five minutes talking with the customers in front of us and even trying drinks from their car instead of helping...

Employees not properly trained in turning off the open sign when the business is closed. Manager needs to retrain closing procedures.

7Brew is awesome and the drinks are always good. They have so many syrup options and so many different types of drinks. The employees are always super kind and work super fast to get the drinks made; I love the atmosphere, it feels so positive....

The slowest service I’ve ever received at a 7 brews. The line was the shortest I’ve ever seen and it took 30 minutes to get an iced blondie. The staff had no idea what they were doing.

The sweet and salty coffee is the best drink... I'm a huge Caribou coffee fan but this drink wins when I have a chance to get it. My husband loves the razorberry smoothie.

If I wanted bad coffee I would have went to Starbucks. Had a mocha; terrible, no doubt the worst I’ve had. Too, too sweet. No coffee flavor. The people waiting on us were really distracted. Over 0 stars. Never go back to a 8 brew ever.

I travel a lot therefore I have gone to a lot of 7 brews all over. This has to be the worst 7 brew i’ve ever been to. I love 7 brew as a company, but this specific 7 brew had no system or explanation on why it was taking so long or why they...

I go here all the time & I'm pretty disappointed. I asked for light ice which I rarely do and I’m given two drinks that are full of ice and when I asked for them to be remade they bring them back and proceed to tell me, “that is light ice”....
