Please have everyone better trained on what goes into the drinks, I know the menu is huge but there has to be some sort of reference for employees on what to put into each drink. I’ve been several times and the drinks are never right. I keep...

Typically 9 out of 10 drinks I've ordered are mess-ups, but the mistake drinks still taste good. Normal ice is too much ice, get LIGHT ICE instead. Very communicative staff, but I don't like the small talk as much. I like the variety of music...

They had us wait 35+ mintues and when they took our order the lady was not even listening.. get up to pay for our THREE drinks and she said we only ordered two.. wouldn’t let us order it without getting back in line… o do NOT recommend the 7brew in Neenah

The staff is very friendly but they cannot make coffee drinks. Each time I have gone giving benefit of the doubt that they are newer. It doesn’t improve. It either lacks coffee or they forget flavors. Mind you. I get one of the 7 originals....

This location is already very bad. I’ve been to the 7 brew locations in appleton/green bay over 20 times, and the service is not nearly as poor as this Neenah location. A few days ago, I visited at 7pm and there was only one other car, I got...

My coffee hostess was amazing, just the sweetest. She chatted with me while I waited and when she felt my drink was taking longer than it should, made sure to check on how it was coming. She is a kind soul at the end of a hard day.
