I really wish I could give this location a 5 star review. Every time I visit this location the employees are lacking enthusiasm and my drinks always look lighter than they should be. I go to the rib mountain location all the time and they are always good!

Iced latte lacked even a hint of the flavor or color of coffee; if I ordered a glass of milk and received this "latte" I wouldn't think anything of it. Even after asking for an extra shot of espresso, the end product didn't bear resemblance to a latte.
