I got 3 drinks from there and two of them where not light ice when that is what was ordered. The only reason the last one was light ice was because I said something about the first two. The person at the window barley talked to us either and...

Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Am disappointed each time I am served my latte that the cup is not completely filled. I have had several and have taken the position, "next time my cup will be filled." Today my spouse brought me home...

I ordered matcha from here multiple times and they would come out white tasting like a glass of whole milk. NO green color or matcha flavor

Simple. Not overstated. Lots of unique drink options. Staff was super friendly. It is obviously a local favorite as this place was hopping while Starbucks and Caribou within a block each way were dead.

I’ve been going to the one by the mall, and I was absolutely flabbergasted by how much better this one is!! So friendly, so fast, and the drinks were better too!

Best selection of syrups, drinks, etc. Best prices and rewards. No upcharges! The staff are always super nice too!

The quality of the coffee here is low. It has to be with the coupons and the give aways. The drinks are overly sweet with your coffee drinks sometimes having very little coffee flavor. Employees seem distracted by the loud music they like...

Late night coffee run calls for 7 brew! Got a decaf white chocolate Irish cream latte and I husband got the smooth 7, both were delicious! The service is very fast!

Really wish they could be consistent with the entrance and exits. Every time I come they change which way you can enter and exit, makes it really frustrating when one day I come in by the front and the next day I have to go all the way by goodwill...

This disgusting server poured me a blue concoction and muttered some wizard spell and said "you must go to Ollie's and buy laundry detergent" so I did. Definitely bring a wand or you may find yourself defenseless againt voldemort.

My First time going and they were so nice and helpful! I don’t love coffee so my drink didn’t blow me away but I’d go back to try again!

The coffee drink I ordered (Iced Blondie) was so delicious. Perfect balance of espresso, creaminess, and sweetness. The best iced coffee drink Ive ever had. Very quick and friendly service. Although its a drive thru the reason I gave atmosphere...

Great place if you're into this sort of drink style. They always have a person taking orders by tablet vs a speaker box. Poor girl was out there in the rain though tonight so we tipped higher. Give em a little covered area to stand instead of...

Coffee is so good! The staff is extremely friendly. The music is always a little too loud for me, but I'm also a little old. :)
There is no seating; it's just a drive-thru place. Just so you know you can't meet up with a friend or plan a meeting here.
