First time trying this place and was very excited. Terrible customer service from young lady working. Extremely rude. Very disappointing. The young man that took our order was very pleasant but my drink sadly had no flavor….tasted only like...

Love this place but just request that if we order a chiller and the machine is broken where it has to be hand spun, can the customers be advised before hand? Hand spun isn’t the same and I’d rather just order a different drink. It’s no big deal....

I went through with my friend today and we had a very nasty worker deal with us. me and my friend ordered our drinks and it took a while for them to get out to us besides it being practically empty but besides the point she got her drink that...

I’m really disappointed with my experience this morning around 6:30 AM. There’s a newer employee I’ve noticed working there who is shorter and has brownish hair. While I was waiting for my drink, she didn’t acknowledge me or speak to me at all...

Service is always fantastic. I love your coffee. Unfortunately, you’re getting 4 stars because y’all need to get better cups and lids. This is now my third coffee from y’all that I have lost because the lid decided to come off. I don’t come...

Updated 8/7: another visit, same person taking the order as the visit issues listed below, and once again he entered the order incorrectly. I had to ask at the front window for them to check the order and yup, not correct. Please make sure...

I’m growing increasingly tired of watching the teens spend a tremendous amount of time talking to the other teens in the car in front of me. But tonight was the worst. Based on the conversations I was hearing, the person in front of me must...

The drinks are always great, the review has nothing to do with that. my boyfriend and I went here and there seem to be no line, there was one car in front of us. However, we waited just about 10 minutes to order our drinks because there was...

This is a very popular coffee and beverage drive through. You stay in your car the entire time. Service is fast and friendly, and the drinks are always delicious. They have many giveaways with purchase at certain times, and the lines are long...

The young man clearly did not want to be at work today. He nearly threw my coffee into my car spilling my coffee everywhere. I had to ask for napkins to wipe down my door panel. And he didn't apologize or talk to us at all...this was the first...

The coffee is always great. I have never had issues with anything or anyone here except today this morning around 8:30. I passed by to get some coffee after a doctors appointment and I was in line. I was not sure if I was able to pull all the...

I don't go there often but almost every time I go and its usually at night time I see employees chatting with their friends that are in line well after they already got their drink. One time it was 4min. I just want to get mine and go to work....

This location gives 0 effort every single time, every single drink, No cold foam, no toppings that should come with the beverage. No drizzle. They do the bare minimum and their drinks are trash. Consistently. I drive out of my way to go to Racine...
