Ive gone to the E Mason location as it’s my nearest location, staff there are always so rude and sarcastic although you try to be nice to them. I always greet them and thank them and they don’t seem to even acknowledge I told them anything....

I don’t know what has happened to this location when you first opened it was great experience was awesome. Drinks were great but in the last 2-3 months wow there should be no reason why people have to wait in line for 45 minutes for a coffee....

Service is always great, but I am not a big fan of the drive thru setup. There are no menus to look at before you order, so you have to look it up online which doesn’t seem logical. Drinks are also fantastic and prices are decent!

Service was fast and kind. Someone taking orders outside. We waited 20 minutes from around the corner off of GV.
