I’m not one to make negative reviews, but this location needs some serious attention. The service & drinks have gotten extremely terrible!

Abby C is the best I’ve encountered. She is the sweetest and gets my order right every time.

Good drinks and fast service. Lines can be long but they are very efficient.

Best coffee shop for real. Energy drinks are gas and the employees bring all the vibes.

Everytime I go to this Salem location the employees are so friendly and kind. They make me feel welcoming. The Shift manager Abigail Credille is the best and gets my order perfect everytime! Love this place.

With 3 people touching my cup of hot coffee, and the 3rd person being me the top was not on and I got coffee all over me. They wanted to make me another coffee, and I said no but I did need a napkin and they did not have any. So sad.

I got sweet and salty frozen large . It unique flavor I love . My friend got midnight rain fizz soda she loved hers a good change from star bucks

You most definitely need signage ,for new customers, when the lines are crazy backed up.

Me and my husband have went to 7 brew almost everyday since they have opened in Salem. Everyone is always so nice and knowledgeable about their drinks and are very helpful. Shoutout to Lee!! Their personality and sense of humor always brightens our day :)

My granddaughter absolutely loves going to 7 Brew she is a top one diabetic so she gets the sugar-free fizz drink and she absolutely loves it

Parking lot can be problematic but the line moves rather quickly. Delicious drinks and great recommendations from crew.

I absolutely love that they put a 7 brew relatively near me! I have loved every coffee that I have tried!! I want to start trying the 7 brew energy drinks I am sure they will be just as good!! I would love for them to put one in Roanoke!!!
