The guy who took our order just got straight to the point & I felt like we were inconveniencing him when ordering. Told my family we should get drinks there and I regret it.. honestly it took forever to get our drinks and when we asked a question...

Be careful if using a card! I went beginning of oct. Scanned my card and she said it didn't go through and scan card again. It came out of my account twice. I even called my bank to verify. Will only be using cash from now on. I emailed 7 brew...

I really like the menu of this place. Always a great cup and order takers are helpful. Every time I go I somehow get in the line that has a person complaining or having some issue that holds up leaving. Instead of moving them up and letting...

Service is always upbeat! They get those cars moving! My girls and I love coming here while in Harrisonburg. We tried the fall drinks this trip. They did not disappoint.

The young girl who took my order was not excited whatsoever and had a blank expression the whole time. Just said “here you go” when handed me my drink then walked away. Didnt even say have a nice day… very bad service.. usually the service is...

I love 7 Brew, but unfortunately have to leave a negative review as there was mold in the bottom of my drink, and the minimal response I received upon attempting to report it. I only noticed it after I had finished most of it. Unfortunately,...

Blasting music and singing to the top of their lungs. Asked for extrax3 sweet because they can never seem to get it right. I sent it back to get it fixed and the second time it still tasted like water. Rolling their eyes when I asked for a refund...

I just went through and basically got robbed, ordered 3 drinks for me and my friends. 2 large matchas and 1 large latte. They handed me 3 matchas and when I tried to tell the lady that my order was wrong and I didn’t get my latte, she said “well...

The coffee here was seriously delicious! As someone who has been loyal to my usual coffee spot for 10+ years, it takes a lot for another place to impress me this much — and 7 Brew absolutely did. I actually liked it better than my normal go-to,...

Ordered 2 macchiatos, received one with no flavor, received the other as a completely different frozen drink.
Went back around to ask for the correct drink and was given the wrong drink again.

7 Brew has been our new favorite coffee spot until we came to this location. We ordered 2 large, extra sweet iced coffees. One was blackberry cobbler and the other one was angel food cake. I don't care for strong coffee, but both of these were...

I love getting drinks from here! I got some coupons mailed to me and I loved being able to try a bunch of drinks for good prices. Having a phone number with them is very worth it. At certain times, this location can be a bit busy, but it is...

The drinks were good. Got a few fizzes & a blondie. Not a huge fan of the soda machine based fizz instead of la croix- there’s definitely a difference. There also was no one at the lane either of the 2 times we pulled through. Baristas did not...

I asked for a large brew frost with cream no ice, they didn’t even fill it up all the way, it took a long time for such a bad drink. I’d like to say I’m coming back… but it was pretty bad.
