Kudos to the crew that is taking orders in the very cold temperatures. Hope they rotate enough to get warm before taking more orders.
Outside of that, coffee is still great no matter the weather.

The drinks themselves are absolutely not worth the hype. They were equally too sweet and bland. The service we had while ordering was great though. The drive-thru runner was able to answer our questions and gave us recommendations.

I’m not sure about the negative reviews. I have gone here about 4 or 5 times. Never have I had a bad drink or customer service. I got a different drink every time they were all good. Staff has always been friendly to me.
