Got in line to have my order taken and was completely ignored. The car in front of me was having their order taken so the young lady saw me when I pulled up. Once done she walked past my car to take someone else's order.

Got a latte with no sugar and there was sugar in it. I was admittedly pretty annoying and over the top asking for plain no sugar not sweet at all - was truly shocked when I took a sip and it was sweet.

The employees are always friendly and patient. There is a good variety of coffee, and there are lots of sugar-free options. There is a rewards program, so occasionally you can get a free coffee. The medium size is consistently better than the large.
