They need a better ordering system. I sat in line while one person skipped my entire line and didn’t get to order until I got to the window. She was talking with her friends leaving her iPad in people’s cars and complaining about the line.

The ordering “system” is way too chaotic. They need to invest in an actual drive thru speaker instead of having one person running around only taking one side of the orders and skipping people in the other line
