Besides music being too loud at every location that we go. Why am I paying almost 6$ fo a milk shake in a tiny kids coffee cup ? Can’t even put the straw in because it’s not the right cup for a milk share.. That’s on me I guess!! Never again!

The order-taking process is bonkers. I sat for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order while cars in the other lane were served immediately despite arriving after me.
