i got a strawberry chai latte this morning and it did not taste like what it usually tastes like, it tasted like soap.. i’m not sure if one of the workers didn’t clean a measuring cup or accidentally maybe put something else in my drink

This particular stand is consistently out of 7 Energy, substitutes it with Energy 0 sugar and doesn't inform customers. We've had to turn around and go back to get refunds or head to another stand for a remake due to this.
