Some girl with black hair and glasses was extremely rude. She probably said 3 words to us. She made the worst funnel cake blondie i’ve had to date it just tasted like half and half. Just very bad experience with her all around.

We stopped by to order two large drinks, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The location was noticeably busier than it has been recently, which I completely understand can make things more challenging for the staff. However,...

Pulled in and was greeted by the rudest lady who was extremely inconvenienced by presence there. Gave snarky attitude when I didn’t immediately spout off my phone number and then handed me a watered down drink that tasted like it had been sitting...

5/5/26, around 7:30 pm. I got an iced s'more mocha, which is my regular drink. When I took a sip of my drink, I felt something inside of my mouth. I took it out and there was A FREAKING DEAD BEE!!! These people need to pay attention to what...

The drink was great! The reason I say it was on overall bad experience is because of the service. They said maybe 1-2 words to me, and threw the drink at me. They couldn’t even finish taking my order before continuing the conversation they were having.

Idk if this location is understaffed but this location is the only 7 brews I’ve been to that has had me in line waiting for 15-20 minutes on multiple occasions. I’ve been to Lubbock locations and this is never an issue. So if you do stop by...

Decided to give this place one more chance after they served me the worst Americano I've had in my entire 49 years of living on earth. Did they redeem themselves you ask??? Not no, but hell no! Unbelievable how a place that is the fastest growing...

Ordered a medium almond milk latte with hazelnut flavor and I received a cold drink, I guess they don't make hot coffee. I've tried calling them but they don't answer their phone.

The people are great, but the music is too load when your trying to order and I think they need more training on how to make the coffee and more training on how to use the tablet when they take the order. 1 out of three of my orders is wrong...

I’ve been here twice so far—once around 9 AM and once around 9 PM. The coffee is good and the staff has been friendly both times.
My first visit, I ordered a large iced sugar-free blondie with oatmilk and no ice (I planned to add my own later)....
