I just purchased 2 medium hot drinks. One was a French Vanilla cappuccino with extra foam. They took that way too literally. Half the cup WAS FOAM. So I basically paid $6.50 for half a cup of foam. All they did was left me annoyed and ruined my morning.

Drinks are delicious, service is a hit or miss. I have had some really great experiences and others who need to practice what they preach. I understand we all have shitty days but don’t be rude and at least try to “Cultivate kindness”.

Workers are constantly talking to each other instead of taking a line full of orders. They don't know their menu and have gotten my orders wrong 3+ times, on one of my free drinks too. Ridiculous
