No menu on display. I asked for a menu and was told to use a QR code (in a drive thru!) or they could get a paper menu. I left without ordering. If you can't do the bare minimum of having a menu displayed at a drive thru then you don't deserve...

Been there a few times over past few months. Too slow, a lot of employees standing around chit chatting. At first, I figured maybe because it’s new and they need to work out kinks. 2 months in, little ridiculous. Low expectations for management I guess.
