I was first introduced to Paris Tea in SA and absolutely loved it! ❤️ Unfortunately, I’ve tried the tea a couple of times at this location, and each time there has been a slight hint of coffee flavor that really takes away from the taste of...

This music is wwwaaayyy to loud. Unnecessarily so. You cannot talk to a barista without both screaming. I just left there. As I drove up country music. Then screaming loud R&R. I cannot imagine how loud it is inside!

Do a better job of handling traffic on Saratoga on your promotional days. Have signs or management to redirect traffic to inside the shopping center.

I ask for light ice every time I get my drink and it’s always filled with nothing but ice.

I don’t know why we hire teenagers who give us dirty looks and they still get our order wrong. We payed 14 dollars for two drinks and they couldn’t get either one of them right. My partner ordered a firecracker chiller with energy and they didn’t...

This was my first time trying 7Brew on Saratoga….and it will definitely be my last! Rude staff that could care less about customer service, and no manager on duty.

It’s a hit or miss here. If they are busy, the drinks are not that good. I only get a good drink when they aren’t that busy. The other location, busy or not, makes a great drink no matter what.

Ever go to someone's work and you feel like you're interrupting their day? That's how it felt. Adjusted the sweetness on a tea to be less sweet but it tasted like kept it the same or added more sugar. It's probably just this location because...
