The drinks here are great and the staff was very friendly snd knowledgeable. There are lots of choices and the prices are great. Will definitely be going back weekly for a different drink.

So good. Cleveland really needed this. I am picky with how acidic the coffee I drink is and I have yet to have a bad drink. It’s always, always smooth and delicious. The place is probably the best thing to open in cleveland in a long time.

The people were very nice and fast. Drinks were not good. The syrups are not good and the coffee is so bitter and lingers in your mouth. Probably would not get again.

I've never been to a 7brew until now and its ok. As a Latino tho, we like out stuff fresh and yalls smoothies dont taste like real fruit. So the smoothies to me are disappointing.
The coffee is good depending on the mix.
Chai tea tasted horrible...

Are y'all using tap water for yalls coffee??
I ordered a cup of water with my coffee and it taste like WATER HOSE WATER....
So I'm assuming the same reason my water tasted bad is the EXACT REASON why my coffee tasted bad......

Got a pomegranate green tea, couldnt taste the green tea, couldn't taste the pomegranate. I think i got lightly flavored water instead. It tasted watered down, no flavor. Location off 242 is worth the drive..

I was 6 min late due to rain and safety always comes first but unfortunately did not honor a grace period for a free drink that was advertised. Customer service is a disappointment. Do better.
