Ordered a black brewed coffee and wasn't told before I order that they didn't do that. I received an Americano. Had I wanted watered down espresso I would have ordered such. Deeply disappointed.

Service is a bit slow, this place was good when they first opened. These kids keep it absolutely messy and dirty inside. I can be managed a little better. I’m only comparing it to the one that I go to in Morristown. It’s just a TOTALLY different VIBE.

Girls were more interested in gossiping and giggling than their job. After I waited 10 minutes for one cup of coffee I finally got it then the girl stopped to inform me to not pull in the other lane after I ordered cause it messed them up. Ok...

Usually a good location to go to. However had a bad encounter with one of the girls that served me. She was rude and snobby and handed me my drink didn’t say anything. Came off rude. She was young too so I get it. Even tipped and she was still rude.
