multiple times I’ve been there. I have received inconsistent drinks today I received a fully unblended chiller I watched them mix with a spoon instead of using a blender chunks of ice and big sips of flavoring quite disappointed!

I have no issue when business is busy, but when you're in line and watching the staff have an extended chat with the car in front of you and seeing cars backing up and don't care, that's when I take issue. 14 minutes for a coffee is a joke.
