Took forever to get our items, then my lid for my hot latte came off as she handed me my cup. Then all the way home 1.5 hours i couldn't drink my coffee bc the lid wouldn't go back on. Not impressed.

I really want to start by saying that 7 Brew Coffee has some of the best coffee in town, and their staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming.
