Took forever to get our items, then my lid for my hot latte came off as she handed me my cup. Then all the way home 1.5 hours i couldn't drink my coffee bc the lid wouldn't go back on. Not impressed.

I can't even say anything about their coffee cause I have never had it but because they have so much business at their drive thru I spent 15min trying to get n out of a neighboring business...wth!!! Whoever planned this wasn't thinking things through!
