Such a great first experience at 7 Brew Coffee in Aiken, SC! The ladies working the drive-thru were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful! Since it was my first time visiting, they took the time to help me pick out two delicious drinks—a...

Everyone is always very polite and willing to answer any questions asked. I usually ask what their favorite drinks are and get them. Great experience each time. Even if there is a line the do their best to give each customer their full attention....

My teenage daughters went through this morning on their way to school and were asked the question of the day, “If you could change your name what would it be?” My daughter responded and said she wouldn’t because she loved her name. The young...

Everything went great from ordering to receiving my order. I didn't have to tell my order because it was saved from previous visits and it only took a couple minutes to get my order.

This was my first time going to 7 Brew about 1.5 weeks ago and I had no idea what to order. A really nice young man, he told me his name but I forgot it (it started with an S or maybe a J) but he helped us figure everything out. He went through...

Very disappointed with the 7 Brew in Aiken. I sent my kid to pick up a LARGE drink with NO ICE, and this is what I received. The cup wasn’t even close to being filled to the rim.
When I personally go to other 7 Brew locations and order the...

This is the only location I have ever had an issue with. The girls taking the orders sit behind the building playing on their tablets instead of doing their jobs. When they do decide to work they take random cars orders and do not go in the...

Ordered one drink today, took almost 10mins to get it. Then we I get the drink, its 90% ice. $8+ for 1 drink and its all ice and a couple of ounces of drink. Really?? Like worst then start bucks.
I lower the rating cause of the lazy response they gave.

No bail out lane
Easy to get trapped so don't be in a hurry for sure
With many other competitors popping up, like Canal, Caribou, etc this place will need to step up game and get it together.
However, the cold brew...
