One of the worst coffees I've ever had. It shouldn't even be called a coffee because it's just cream, sugar, and bad tasting artificial flavor. Immediately went to another coffee shop down the road and had them throw this abomination away.

Drive through grid lock for over 45 minutes, not allowing vehicle to drive though and skip purchase, basically held captive once in line. Terrible service- do not go.

My mom went there to get us drinks it's not our normal brew but she put my number in to get rewards and pull up our past drinks. There are 2 past drinks in there that are favorited and she asked for the hot medium cinnamon roll with almond milk...

Took a half hour to get my coffee. Over 20 cars in line and only one person making drinks while the rest of the staff stands around… the entire staff should be fired and needs to managed properly. Go to a Starbucks and all the baristas are keeping...

Large cookie butter iced latte with a caramel drizzle!!! 1st time there and they didn't disappoint! Staff very friendly and knowledgeable! Got my order very quickly!! Will be back!

I don’t know how long a typical wait should be. This place needs more employees for peak hours. Someone needs to look at the data. There is absolutely no reason you should be waiting over an hour for a single coffee at 3pm on a Saturday.

i ask for light ice everytime and they never give me light ice. half my cup is filled with just ice. the drinks still tasted very well but it gets watered down was too fast from the ice melting.

ok so honestly, i was really excited about this place. but genuinely this turned into a dumpster fire. i have places to be. i don’t come to 7brew to wait in line for 45 minutes. if your employees don’t want to be there they need to be fired....
