they skip over your car in the line and then you have to wait for 30 minutes. they had two people working one line and nobody in the other one. only go here if you have time to waste

This is the kind of place that could change your life. Ordered the Tuxedo Mocha with oatmilk and all I can say is wow!! Lots of different drinks and everything is customizable. Fast, friendly service too. I'll be returning often!

Great coffee. They are always busy though so I would expect a decently long wait if you plan to stop in. The staff is quick but they usually have a line that almost backs up into the giant eagle parking lot next door

Absolutely love the staff at pleasant hills! They're always so nice and I've gone early in the morning and they're always fast and efficient. Never once had my order wrong. Such a great store and team.

They must have just opened bc they where slammed. They left all the flavoring out of our coffee and it was ok. Not what we ordered and it was way too busy to ask for a remake as we already waited 30+ min for 2 ice coffee that where 100% wrong!

I love 7 brew but recently every time I go and order a hot chocolate, they give me a coffee with chocolate in it. The first time I said something they argued with me that it was correct she just said it wrong but u can clearly smell coffee....

This is a coffee shop and they don't sell food. They make smoothies and frozen/iced coffees.
You can only order through the drive-thru and someone is always working the line down by taking your order.

Tatum did such an absolutely amazing job, I have never seen better customer service in my life! They were extremely friendly, and was very knowledgeable of the menu and ended up recommending me the perfect drink which I loved!
