My drink is always good but we waited in line for over 20 mins! Unacceptable and it would have been nice to get an apology for the extra long wait

I love this location except that they aren’t fully staffed in the mornings! 😩😩The lines get extremely long and the wait is crazy!!!!! It should be all hands on deck for the morning rush hour!

SHERI IS THE BEST, she has great patience every day. I have a hard time deciding a drink every time so I let her guide me and she’s never led me wrong. I’ll be back just cause of her! Whole crew is great though, don’t get me wrong!

I waited over an hour to be told someone didn't plug in the iPad so they couldn't take cash. Then when another worker came to take the cash she threw my change at me. For me to continue to wait for my order. They served several cars that came...

Never coming back to this location. Horribly slow service. We got stuck in the lane that was barely moving. The line was wrapped around the building and into adjoining parking lots and cars that were far behind us surpassed us because they got...

don’t bother using the app in hopes that it’ll save time before work early in the morning. they dont pay attention to who has been waiting longer, they just ignore you and help the person who gets to the front of the line first anyways. even...

Ordered the Salted Caramel Apple Macchiato with salted caramel plus apple butter drizzle. I wasn't impressed. My first drink at this brand new establishment and it was not good. No apple flavor at all. Just a let down after the expectation after...

The coffee here is good, but the staff and service is terrible...the company needs to look into this branch and it's workers because it's just consistently so bad compared to other branches

I normally don’t have an issue with this location but me and my cousin came in the morning during the brewdoh jackpot day and since it was pure chaos we didn’t realize one of the drinks given to us was incorrect and by the time we realized we...

Ordered a cereal milk latte and got a matcha??????? Not understanding the confusion and was only told sorry and that cereal milk is a matcha when it can be ordered as a latte with espresso……. Will stay at my main location and won’t be back to this one.

Worst drink and worst service of any 7 brew that I have been to. I waited 20 minutes for a mediocre latte that was mostly milk. I told the tall red headed guy that I probably won't come back to this location and he said "that's fine". I definitely...

I ordered the drink I order every time I go, they handed it back and it was clear and coagulated. I told the young man that it was wrong and he tried to convince me it was right. I told him I come all the time and asked if they’d remake it....
