I always asks for light ice & it’s very rare that I get what I ask for. The other day I let the girl taking my order know. She skipped the tip option for me even though I wanted to tip. When I got my drink it was overflowing full. Yay me right....

Asked for light ice. Proceeded to give me like extra ice. Clearly I want light ice because 90% of the drink is just ice and the rest is drink. Crazy work. For a 7 dollar drink if I want light ice I should be able to get light ice. Period.

The service was great!!! I ordered several drinks and got them very quickly. The woman who took my order, Paisley, even repeated it back to me making sure they were all correct. Highly recommend this place for some of the best coffee and service.
