This is the only location that moves as slow as molasses. This is the only 7Brew that I’ve been to that takes the order as the car pulls up to the spot to get the coffee. The music is too loud and the workers are SLOW, but they probably don’t...

I love 7 Brew so much and have it everywhere. This location, though, is the slowest 7 Brew experience I’ve ever had. Every time I come here, it’s the same ridiculously slow experience. It just seems like they are chronically understaffed.

Best service and coffee, Abby Miller is a great barista, has an amazing personality and gives out great hugs! She always says have a better greater day and have a dandy day!

Haven’t been to 7 brew in a while. I had Mary claire make my drink and it is by far my absolute favorite drink. She was very fast and made sure my drink was perfect, she also was extremely kind and I love her positivity!

Very long lines, seemed a little slower than normal. But today was a free toy give away. Mostly a drive through service, one outside table

Drinks are good, but if you don’t have 30-45mins to wait for a coffee, find somewhere else.

Terribly slow service and their little service area is a sloppy mess. These kids need some training and supervision. What a cluster!

I went to 7 Brew for a drink and somehow left feeling like I had just been personally welcomed into a cult of extremely caffeinated, aggressively friendly people. 😂☕️
And ABBY. Let me tell you about Abby. That woman deserves a raise, a parade,...

You were my Mon-Fri stope for 2 years straight when you first opened. I don't know what happened but your quality and service change after you switched your POS system. I stopped for tge first time today in probably 6 months and was sorely disappointed....

This barista Reese I think is her name, she was so king and so gorgeous. I could not be happier with the way she greeted me at the car and she was so kind and she worked last week is when I last went. Everyone should take after this amazing...

I love going to 7brew, Jameson is amazing at coming up with new ideas or flavor combos for my chillers and tonight Beckett came into the wendys I work at right next door and was telling him how I wished I'd had the money to go over today and...

I love 7 Brew. I have visited the 7 Brew in Newark, Heath, and Zanesville. Deinks consistently tasted the same. They offer great deals when you sign up. My favorite is the Blue Raspberry 7 Energy drink.

My daughter loves the energy drinks. I got a coffee and thought it was ok and very over priced. Starbucks cheaper but not starbuck quality.

I stopped by 7brew this evening and had the greatest service by Rayna, Beckett, and Dani, they were such polite kids, and I could tell that they are proud to be 7brew employees!

You’ve got all these people working and everyone is just gathered around and talking. They won’t take your order until you pull up to the front and you’re sitting there and they still wanna sit around and talk. So unprofessional and trashy....

I’m so tired of the attitude and I might even go as far as to say abuse from employees at the 7Brew Zanesville, Ohio location on Maple.
My partner and I went through the drive-thru around 7pm on Friday 5/15/2026. They weren’t busy - maybe...
