I ordered a medium, they made a small. Instead of remaking, they poured into a medium cup and added milk. When I pointed out that the drink didn’t taste right, the girls rolled their eyes and were rude. Definitely won’t be back to this one....

Slowest 7 brew I think I’ve ever been to. Drinks are constantly being made wrong and the last time this happened (yesterday) I spoke up and told the girl that took my order that my drink was made wrong and it was supposed to come with caramel...

The lady that took my payment and handed me my drink was not friendly at all. She was smiling and talking to the car in front of me. When we got up to her, she did not even make eve contact. She was wearing red sweatpants with her ugg of knockoff...

I said I was going to be busy because of what today was but it seems like they wanted to take care of just one line and not the other. The line I was in they were handing drinks to all random people instead of the people actually right there....

Been sitting in this line for almost 2 hours and it's not moving but the design of the drive thru keeps you trapped in the line with no way out of it

How does every 7 brew in NE Ohio have a system to take orders and this one doesn’t? 10 workers no one is taking orders. Now I sit in line for 25 mins because you take all the orders at the window. The worst 7 brew in NE OH. Got my drink and...

Got a sugar free energy, asked for light ice. Instead got a cup of ice. The energy drink wasn’t carbonated at all. 8$ for a cup of ice is outrageous.
