Staff very rude, ordered online and was told they can’t make the orders and have to go through the line to order at window. What’s the point of online ordering if they won’t complete the order for pick up?

Pixie stick it was and a nicer place you will not find. Line is daunting as there is usually 10 to 30 people on line they do seem to deal with it in a timely manner

Very friendly staff honestly made my day. They’ll always be cheerful and always making sure the customers are always feeling welcome. I will definitely be back soon. And also the pumpkin roll drink is amazing, so that is definitely a yass for me.

I suggest using their app to order ahead or while waiting for in line. Lines are often long but thats to be expected. This will make things easier for you and them.

I'm not sure what happened with our drinks but we got 2 brew lagoons and both tasted as if there was literally no flavoring in it?? Like it was just blue and tasted really bitter. Was strapped on time so admittedly I couldn't go back to get it remade.
