Terrible experience, employees didn't care at all and no ice either! Blamed it on the power outage but everywhere else has ice. Was told to go to chick fil a if I wanted ice. What? Paid $6 for half a drink, wont be back!

Jack is super friendly! I have only been there twoce and i ordered from him both times. He is knowledgeable and helps making the ordering process easier because it can be overwhelming if you aren’t familiar.

Every time I go my drink seems to have a lot of the dairy and not so much espresso. Drinks are disappointing because of that- not much flavor, just a lot of milk. I feel it's expensive for what I'm paying for. I keep trying to give it a chance though.
