Probably the worst one I’ve been to yet if you get in the wrong lane you just sit there watching everyone who came after you leave before you . There shouldn’t be one person taking orders for both lanes , especially when you have about 10 employees...

Both lines completely out of sync. One line serving 12 vehicles before they serve three in the other, would be nice if they could focus on getting both lanes cleared in a somewhat similar fashion, left lane lady wasn’t working very hard today

I’ve been going to this 7 Brew since it opened. This is the first anyone has told me they don’t brew coffee, but it’s an Americano. Super disappointed. Also a bit annoyed that the employee made me feel dumb that I didn’t know.
