The cold brew tasted burnt and I don’t know how that’s possible. The base coffee is just bad and the employees were clueless. They don’t even know what simple syrup / liquid sugar is. This is a bad milkshake place not a coffee shop.

Got a vague email when I tried to reach out to customer service and my issue was never addressed. There is no number to call and must be an automated email that gets sent out. There is no real customer service or mangers.
