I get you have proportions you have to adhear to, but this seems like a bit much? Had to remove some ice bc I couldn't even get my straw in, then still so much ice i couldn't get my straw in without breaking it. 3 sips and it's gonna be gone....

I was at 7 Brew today @ 7:15p and I pull in line and waited behind another customer for more than 10min, the employee did apologize for the wait , but I think another employee should have came and took my drink order during my >10min wait....

Let me start off by saying that I frequent Dutch Bros back home so I am no stranger to long lines, but this visit was ridiculous.

What a fun place! The music is high energy and loud, the kids working are polite and friendly, and the sugar free drink I got was good. You feel like you are getting a coffee at a swim up or pool side bar.
