Wait times are WAY too long for drinks. The drive thru also apparently has 2 entrances, making it confusing for other drivers to know who is next.

Fast service, good service, good coffee, good price. Beats Starbucks on all fronts and DD on everything except price. I recommend it!

Their drinks are usually pretty good, sometimes you get a bad one. Today the weight was exceptionally long, but it's not always like that.

Long car wait time for people to order complicated coffee - help had a hard time figuring out my simple order of a dark, hot coffee with one cream.
Not my preference for a coffee house = dark, hot & black or dark, hot & one cream

baristas are always mean, and they try to make you feel like your in the wrong when you ask for your drink to be made right, after they’ve messed it up multiple times. and the employees don’t know what their doing. they also don’t train correctly....

Staff mostly friendly though there are a few there who are just absolutely miserable and reflect that negativity onto the customers. They say smart remarks if you come there too much as if you aren’t paying their paychecks. If they don’t like...
