Very long line of cars and they do not equally let the cars in order from both lanes. Also setup that you are stuck in the drive thru once you are in you cannot change your mind and leave....over 20 min wait extremely frustrating

We visit and order 3 drinks, lovely girl took our order we were in line for 20 minutes watching the girl who took our order struggle get our stuff our because no one else would help and was shot gunning energy cans (mainly the like workers)...
