The girl with the chunky black and white highlights (I think her name is Iv) always greets me with a smile and makes sure my drinks are right. I have a milk allergy and she always makes sure my drinks are 100% dairy free. love 7 brew!

Good coffee and great service, but turn down the outside speakers so that we can hear the outside attendant.

Every time I have came through the whole crew is amazing especially Alannah she always has a smile on her face and seems like she wants to be there. The whole place is amazing

Came by for the first time today and the sweetest girl helped me! She recommended a bubblegum energy with heavy whipping cream and it was amazing 10/10. Her name was Angelica and she said she's a shift lead, literally the happiest and sweetest person ever!

Coffee is great , service would be better like it was when they first opened . Now it’s no energy, 20 min wait and not so friendly

In the past all I had do do was show first responder I'd to get a discount now I have to be in a firetruck inorder to get the discount

The banana bread blondie iced coffee is so good! I would highly recommend it. If you go early, there are not long wait times. Everyone is really friendly and super nice.

They have good coffee and service no wonder the lines are always looooonngg! I’d wait in it again. Worth it. It wasn’t that long anyways. It moved along quickly and smoothly.

You got four employees inside just standing around looking like they're trying to clean something and you only have two people in line and had me waiting for almost 10 minutes

Drinks are great. Service slow. Waiting 15-20 minutes at window isnt worth my time. Need to fix wait times or unfortunately this store wont last long and I would hate to see it go under. Me and my family are all hooked already.

This is a chain that does things right! Take the time to train well and hire positive and pleasant people, creating a very nice experience. Lines can be long but go by quick usually! Drinks are great, have tried about 10 things and have liked every one.

Not bad at all! I would definitely add prices and size options to menus on site, other than that it was alright!

This was such an amazing experience! all the workers were very nice, my coffee was absolutely perfect, the line was long but went so fast! i will definitely be getting this again!! couldn’t recommend 7 Brew enough!!

Fast service and great drinks! Those workers are working hard in the cold temperatures taking orders outside. It’s so appreciated and I’m happy to tip them.

Just like the brockport location the services was terrible gave it an another chance after the brockport issue but I’m all set.
