Kassy and Joe were so nice and helpful! Made me and my friends custom drinks and stayed to make sure we liked them. (They were delicious) 10/10 experience because of those two!

I am a big fan of 7 Brew Syracuse NY location, however, this Auburn location missed the mark twice with me.
I tried my #1 favorite brew and it was basically cold milk. I turned around to reorder and explain the situation and they were very accommodating....

I love 7brew but this location has consistently been terrible, getting something wrong with my order at least 75% of the time. Service is subpar and it takes forever. Never been to a 7brew like this. They are usually efficient and accurate.

I had the Rocky Road milkshake and I STILL can't figure out how it came out white when it's brown on the menu there. It was gritty. I won't go back

I came by yesterday. There was this sweet girl taking my order. She was new, but I heard her ask for help, and the person she asked for help ignored her multiple times. I’m pretty sure her name was Cassie, and she was the one who ignored her.
