Went on jackpot day. Was told to move out of line to a different spot. Moved where I was told to go and got screamed at by cops. The management absolutely did not prepare enough for this and ultimately made the entire thing not worth having.

We rarely have issues with our drinks, and they fix the issue if we do get an issue. But the speaker outside is so LOUD and overwhelming. The workers can't hear, we can't hear them. It's not so loud under the shade but out in the lane it's blaring.

I love the drinks here. You can pretty much get any drink you could think of, and even customize your own. I also love the staff, especially Gabby who is always so kind, polite, and never fails to make someone’s day!
