We love our drinks from here but the customer service has been awful lately. Every visit the young women who take the orders are rude from the beginning. No “hi” “hello” at all. Their attitudes show even though we are very nice to them still.

Yesterday Sunday 6/21 I had the best experience at a 7 brew in a while. It was just after 6am the young lady who took my order was very nice and provided excellent customer service. When there was a minor issue she fixed the issue without attitude!

Price is way too high, receive wrong drinks, it takes over 10 minutes just to get a drink. I'm going to stick with the other coffee shops. Durango Joe's and Starbucks wouldn't do me this dirty. And they don't even offer you a receipt. Sus
