Went on a Saturday night, they close at 11pm. It is 10:20pm. They said their machine is down. We were going to order lemonades or 7Energy, not sure what a machine is used for with those drinks. "There's always tomorrow" is the reply we got....

Im really disappointed in this place. I’ve gotten a “hot” coffee a few time and it’s never hot, definitely not hot. Usually lukewarm. I guess it was in my favor that it wasn’t hot today bc the lady handed me my drink with the lid not fully on....

The coffee is honestly not my favorite, even the least sugary options are pretty sweet, but the service has been great. I’ve been here a couple times, and this last time Brooke was really helpful in giving me recommendations that worked best for me.
