Sat in drive thru for 30 minutes 2/7/26 @2pm because the rt lane went fast and the girl seemed to only help the right lane and rarely help the left lane. She has no clue what she was doing and many people were angry! Go to Starbucks or scooters...

This is a fairly new location, super long wait times, staff not as knowledgeable and friendly as most locations . No manager around just kids trying to handle many customers at once

Apparently this location doesn’t care who gets their first. Waiting in line for 5 min to then pull up and get told they needed to handle lane 2 first even tho they showed up after I was there. Took my business across the street!
