I’ve been to this 7 Brew several times and it’s normally worth the wait because of the drinks and service. Today was the slowest, worst service ever. Sat in line for over an hour, which I’ve done before without complaint, but to wait in line...

Went through the drive-through, and let's just say, man that was phenomenal customer service. The efficiency was unmatched, the delivery was high quality, and the best part, they were super engaging.

Spectacular speed and service for the amount of business they have. Love the music and energy the workers bring! Would recommend to everyone.

When they first opened it was pretty good but now it's been pretty consistent in getting your drink wrong or made poorly. Bunch of young people working there and some are good some are not. I get a coffee everyday and have stopped coming here...

What’s the point of the app when you can’t skip the line. Then the walk up is “closed” but yet no sign and when you walk your ignored had to go the front and still no help. Very disappointing!!!

I had a mix-up with my order yesterday and came thru today and talked with Ellie about it and she handled it kindly and quickly remade my drink correctly for free. She was polite, patient, and made sure I left happy.

While I have had positive experiences in the past and have been a loyal customer, the service I received today was extremely poor.

7 Brew is a pretty solid place to go for coffee if you're looking for a drink that is sweet but not so overwhelming that you can't taste the coffee anymore. My go-to coffee order 95% of the week from other spots is a black cold brew, so I appreciate...

I love 7 brew, but i absolutely hate this location. Asked for 2 Irish cream white mocha iced lattes, one with oatmilk. When I pulled forward to receive the drinks the girl asked if I had ordered 2 mochas. I said no and repeated my order again....

I have been going to this location since it’s pretty much opened, and despite the occasional long lines everyone is amazing there. The drinks are always amazing (Add extra shots if you want a stronger coffee taste, I never have any issues)....

Very quick and easy, it was my first time going and the girl went through the menu and helped me choose out what I wanted. Super quick service as well!
