used the 7 brew app and ordered ahead and still stood in line and waited 20 minutes for my drinks. i ordered one drink without ice so i could save it for tomorrow morning, received it after waiting for that 20 minutes and it was only half full....

Certain people aren't naturally good at serving people. To the boss, look at your employees and guide them to better service or a different job.

Best coffee and service I've ever seen and had! Everyone is sweet and nice, I have no complaints, coffee is just the right way no matter what you get, I highly recommend!!

Long line but went by fast! Lots of great workers, did feel a little overwhelming which makes sense for their opening week. Will be back. Great drinks!

I usually go to 7 brew back at home in Texas and always get the same coffee, I come to Bismarck ND and they mess up my coffee and when I told them they got it wrong they looked at me like if I was dumb, then took it back remove all my cold foam...
