The coffee is superb, no bitter/burnt taste. My one complaint, the lids don't fit well. Twice I've had the lid come off - spilling hot coffee on me and in my car. Now I know to check before moving my car, or taking a sip!

Incredibly slow service. I placed an order for one fizz. Seventeen minutes later I hadn't even moved 3 car lengths and was nowhere near the person to pay. I just left. There is no world in which 7Brew coffee is good enough to wait 20 or more minutes.
