I have never had a bad experience here. I love their chai, the ladies have suggested different ways to have it and its always delicious! The line moves fast, the staff is great, and my son loves to see all the ducks they have collected.

Used the walk up window because I was towing a trailer. I waited over 15 minutes and none of the employees greeted or served me despite multiple employees making eye contact. I just ended up leaving.
