Staff is great and they ALWAYS get the coffee order right. Pricing is comparable to other coffee shops, but we drive past 5 coffee shops to get to this one because we love the staff and the way they make our drinks.

This place isn't "busy" because it's good... it's busy because it's poorly designed... if you don't look at a menu BEFORE you arrive, you'll just hold up the line longer and make others think it's worth it!

The customer service was just as warm as the coffee. Ask for the German Chocolate coffee. Warm or cold, you will enjoy the beverage. This is a great spot and would recommend this chain over more familiar coffee shop chains.
