7 Brew Coffee

As a retired barista… I have to leave this as an honest review for this location bc I loved 7brew while driving through LA but this is my experience. I returned my cold brew bc it was super watery did not taste like the measurements were proper....

I love 7 Brews when Im traveling. This however was the worst experience at any café that we have visited. The customer service was terrible. They were so confused about coffee vs espresso then they got the order wrong after reading it back correctly...

The drink is fine at first but when the ice melts the drink tastes terrible!! I’m not sure how the ice is being made but I’ve been to countless other 7 brews and don’t have this issue. Other local shops also don’t seem to have this issue :/...

If I could give 0 stars I would. We came through this drive thru and received 3 drinks, our small sf blondie tasted like it had burnt coffee in it. The shots were bad. We went through the drive thru a 2nd time to receive another bad coffee....
