First off I love 7brew so I hate to do this but your chiller machine is starting to enter McDonald’s ice cream territory. Your substitution hand blended chillers are absolutely trash when your machine is down. WARN your customers that your...

My drink was fantastic! I waited several minutes for my drink and the attendant that helped me wasn't rude just didn't act happy to be there. Nothing was actually wrong though.

I just ordered a Blondie from them. They got my order wrong twice. The little Chinese girl argued with me about it and they still didn't fix it. I am not happy with the customer service. They're very rude. Will not be ordering from this place again

Ordered a drink with 5 shots of espresso. Can't taste any coffee flavor at all and looks like pure milk and gross. $8 wasted. Will have to stick with the local coffee shops.
