Their website tells you to check the menu out before you arrive because they don’t have a physical sign. I checked out the menu, but it didn’t have any prices. I guess they are too ashamed of their prices to publish them. I don’t like surprises...

So, I been going to numerous 7 brews around the area. I’ve getting the same thing for OVER a year. It’s very difficult to get any consistency, but I started going to the St. Charles location because percentage wise I could get it the best IMO....

What a JOKE. I paid $8 for a mediocre tasting macchiato. They handed me a screen that said 1, 2, or $3 tip lol $3?????? For a crappy burnt tasting espresso???? Made with no skill by a 16 y.o. who is going to think that $3 tip for a $7 coffee...

I don’t recommend a staff member paints the windows during peak morning rush… Usually service is speedy, but they’re backed up this morning and a staff member is painting the windows… doesn’t seem like that needed to be done right that second....

I got 7 brew the morning at country club plaza. I got a lemon freeze with lemon orange and vanilla in a large and a small, but when I got the drinks, they had like aluminum foil in them.

Unfortunate event at this location today. Paid 22$ for my drinks, money was removed from my account, clerk asked to see my account because they hadn't seen where it did. So, I show the clerk and then they proceed to tell me I need to pay again...
