Rude staff. Waited in line watching cars in the other lane 5 behind me get their order taken while 1 poor girl in the outside lane watched her line pile up. Maybe hire more mature people, customer service says a lot about your location.

Last 2 times I have gone, they do not have enough staff at the time they open, long wait times with only 3 vehicles in line. Drinks have been horrible the last 2x. Ordering a Mocha Chiller and it looks like this after 5 mins.

This use to be my go to location…..it’s turned into nothing short of a social hour for your employees who don’t listen and make the drinks incorrectly. They need some training and adults to help supervise.

The thing about 7 Brew is there doesn't seem to me to be a middle ground although it's probably there but I haven't really seen much of it. People either rave over it or rage over it.

I go here sometimes. I enjoy my Carmel macchiato. I get sugar free so I can really cut down on over sugar drinks. It's delicious and the ladies/few guys at a few locations are really awesome. I love going here.
